# Maximus Study Guide

Maximus is the Fleet command helper built into Supreme Fleet Command. Use it as a quick navigation, refresh, and command layer over the dashboard.

## Controls

- `LAM`: opens Live Agent Mode / Live Office.
- `SYNC`: refreshes live dashboard data from the Pages API and local fallback sources.
- `OPS`: opens the OpenClaw operations status area.
- `ASK`: runs the typed command in the Maximus input.
- `TALK`: starts browser speech recognition when the browser allows microphone access.
- `GUIDE`: opens the built-in quick guide.
- `MIN`: collapses the HUD. Click the Maximus strip or press `Alt+M` to open it again.

## Useful Commands

Type or say these:

- `hello Maximus`, `what can you do`, or `how do I use Maximus`
- `office`, `live office`, `agent mode`, or `lam`
- `sync` or `refresh`
- `ops` or `openclaw`
- `finance` or `supreme finance`
- `collections`
- `agents`
- `real estate`
- `digital collections` or `payments`
- `handoff`
- `guide` or `help`

## Best Workflow

1. Open `LAM` first to see the agent floor and current fleet activity.
2. Press `SYNC` before making decisions so the dashboard pulls the latest available source data.
3. Use `OPS` when something looks stale or blocked.
4. Use `ASK` for fast navigation instead of hunting through the sidebar.
5. Use `TALK` only after the browser grants microphone permission. If voice fails, type the same command and press `ASK`.

## Microphone Setup

1. Press `TALK`.
2. When the browser asks for microphone access, choose allow.
3. Speak one short command, such as `sync`, `office`, `finance`, or `ops`.
4. If Maximus says microphone fail, click the browser lock or site controls near the address bar, set microphone to allow, reload the dashboard, then press `TALK` again.
5. If the browser or device blocks voice recognition, use the typed command box and press `ASK`. Every Maximus command is available through `ASK`.

## Daily Operating Pattern

Use this when you first open Supreme Fleet Command:

1. Press `LAM` to open the live command floor.
2. Press `SYNC` to refresh live dashboard data.
3. Press `OPS` if anything looks stale, disconnected, or incomplete.
4. Type `hello Maximus` or `guide` when you want the command list explained again.
5. Type `finance` to review Supreme Finance.
6. Type `collections` to check collections performance.
7. Type `agents` to review AI agent status.
8. Type `handoff` when you need the current build or deployment state.

## Fast Command Examples

- `sync`: refresh the dashboard.
- `hello Maximus`: open the guide and get a quick explanation.
- `what can you do`: open the guide and hear the core controls.
- `office`: open Live Agent Mode.
- `ops`: open operations status.
- `finance`: open Supreme Finance.
- `collections`: open collections analytics.
- `agents`: open AI agents.
- `real estate`: open property operations.
- `payments`: open digital collections.
- `handoff`: open build handoff.
- `guide`: open or close the Maximus guide.

## Screen Controls

- Maximus now sits above the bottom edge so the full controls are visible above the taskbar.
- The Maximus panel scrolls if the guide is taller than the available screen.
- Press `Alt+M` to minimize or restore Maximus.
- Press `MIN` to collapse Maximus, then click the strip to reopen it.

## What Maximus Does Not Do Yet

- It does not send messages or make outside changes by itself.
- It does not approve payroll, payments, investments, or customer communications.
- It does not bypass Cloudflare Access or browser microphone permissions.

Maximus is currently a dashboard command layer. Treat it as a fast operating console for visibility, navigation, refreshes, and decision support.
